Sometimes, we suppress our emotions to prevent hurting our loved ones. Is this acceptable? We don�t always know. It is always a challenge determining how much to express and how much to repress. Emotions are energy. Repressed emotions block our energetic flow, exhausting our spirit and potentially leading to illness. Whatever is repressed will find a way to emerge. In the words of Sigmund Freud �Unexpressed emotions will never die. They are buried alive and come forth later in uglier ways�.
You are unique. Your voice, your mind, your story, your vision. �Write and draw; build and play; dance and live as only you can.�

Indian born and currently lives in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. I have been painting since childhood but recently endeavoring art as a career. I discovered myself while taking a course in oil painting which I joined in order to enrich my learning experience. I further educated myself by painting and reading numerous books on painting. Each painting I create allows me to grow, and I intend my painting to be a never-ending progression. I try to work towards one goal; that my art should not only look appealing or entertaining, but inspires and enhances life physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
